Brief Description
Certificate from the Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of England accepting George S Whitmore into the organisation in the third degree, dated 13 August 1853.

Whitmore first attended the Free Masons on 2 May 1850 and was accepted into the Albany Lodge in Grahamstown, Cape of Good Hope, on 1 June 1850.

Signed by William H White, General Secretary and has Free Masons seal affixed to left side of document. Also includes a date of 1875 at bottom of document.
