Signatories include:
Solicitor - D Coole of Sydney.
Purchasers - Daniel Cooper, James Holt and William Bernard Rhodes
Sellers - These names are faded and spelled differently throughout the document:
Wanga (alias Brown), Mauauouwai, Tukareao, Waiumu, Poiro, Erito Maro Kohuwai (Marauowai), Poiro, Poroiwi.
Interpreter - William Burton
Further signatories - John Lennon and James Bain. A further three signatures are faded.

Includes facial tattoos of Māori signatories and two wax seals. Total cost of 71000 acres was £50.00 payable to 5 signatories.

Attached is a receipt from the Registers Office in Sydney dated 20th May 1840 and numbered 933.
