Brief Description
Certificate of New Zealand Education Department.
Certificate of Attainment and Efficiency class D, division 4.

It States:
This is to certify that Henry Leonidas Wilson has given satisfactory evidence of attainments in learning, entitling him to be placed in class D of teachers holding certificates under the Education Act 1877. That his experience as a public school teacher and his practical skill in the art of teaching and school management qualify him for division 4 and that he is accordingly rated as of Class D Division 4. Wellington April 4, 1902.
