Brief Description
Certificate, The University of New Zealand for Henry Wilson.
Incorporated and empowered by acts of the legislature of New Zealand, 8 ED VII, No 132, 3 Geo V, No 5 and 5 Geo V, No 68 and empowered by letters patent granted by her Majesty, Queen Victoria in 1876 and 1883.
Whereas the university of New Zealand is empowered by law to grant the degree of Bachelor of Arts and whereas Henry Leonidas Wilson having persued the prescribed course of study of his university, completed the requisite examinations for the degree of Bachelor of Arts in 1920.
Therefore this is to certify that the said Henry Leonidas Wilson has this day been duly admitted by the senate to the degree of Bachelor of Arts in the university of New Zealand. Given under my hand this seventeenth day of June, 1921.

There is an embossed red label stamped with a shield. Inside the shield is an open book surrounded by four stars and there are two banners outside of the shield on either side.
