Land grant from the New Zealand Crown Lands Department to Josiah Howard of the town of Hampden and dated 6 November 1865.
Grant is for lots 90, 88 and 86 on Owen Street, Tikokino. Total area is two acres, one rood and twenty four perches. Includes map of area showing and bounded by lots 87, 89 and 91 to the south, lot 92 to the west and lot 7 and a reserve to the east.
Grant number 1380. Signed by Sir George Grey in Wellington and received and signed by H B Sealy in Havelock North.
