A photograph of the Clive Flood Memorial on the corner of Marine Parade and Byron Street in Napier. The structure is surrounded by scaffolding. A man can be seen working on the scaffolding near the top of the memorial. The photograph is thought to have been taken during the restoration of the memorial after the 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake.
