The photograph is taken outside St John's Anglican Church on Browning Street. The image depicts a large group gathered outside the church and walking up Browning Street from Cathedral Lane.
A horse and buggy are visible at the bottom right of the image. Several cars line the street. Heavily laden telegraph poles are visible spanning the street.
