The unidentified woman holding a parasol is believed to be a McGruer's Staff member. McGruer's staff dressed in period costumes for the celebration of the 1921 Mardi Gras. The old Blythes building is visible immediately behind the woman and adjacent to it the new taller Blythes is visible.
