About this object
A photograph of Seaview Terrace, Napier, taken from Marine Parade in the 1920s. The Napier Soldiers' Club, designed by J A Louis Hay, is located in the right foreground. Signage on the building indicates that it was used at this time as a Private Hotel under the management of H Bodley, Proprietor. The stable on the left of the photograph is noted as belonging to the Police Station, which occupied the end of Byron Street.
