View of the Marine Parade Family Hotel, Marine Parade, Napier, taken in 1892. The proprietor of the hotel at the time that the photograph was taken was L T Limbrick. A photograph of Queen Victoria has been hung on the façade of the hotel. Flags hang from the balcony. Other decorations include bouquets of plants. A group of people pose in front of the hotel. Two men sit in a horse drawn carriage. One of the men in the carriage is identified on the back of the photograph as Dr F I de Lisle. A dog sits nearby.
