Brief Description
A letter and two accounts addressed to Captain Alexander Davidson.

a) A letter from Francis Howse, Trustee of Provis and Beach, to Captain Alex Davidson applying for the sum of £2.12.0, being half the cost of erecting a dividing fence between his Waghorne Street property and a section in possession of the above-named firm. A handwritten note at the bottom of the letter states that £2.0.0 was received in settlement of the account.

There is a single one penny stamp on the bottom of the document with the postage date written over it.

b) An account for £7 from Provis and Beach to Captain Davidson, dated 20 November 1895, Port Napier.

Attached to the account is a single one penny stamp with the postage date written over it.

c) An account for £4.10 from Provis and Beach to Captain Davidson, dated 11 January 1896, Port Napier.

Attached to the account is a single one penny stamp with the postage date written over it.
