Brief Description
A letter from T R Ritchie, Medical Officer, and two accounts for clothing relief in the name of R Jones.
The letter is addressed to the secretary of the Earthquake Relief Committee at Tiffen Park, Napier. The author states that the clothing supplied by the Napier clothing depot to J Montgomery and R Jones was not in accordance with orders issued. The author also writes about the department being unable to accept liability for payment and states that accounts for J Montgomery and R Jones were to be returned. Both accompanying accounts are in the name of R Jones.
There are handwritten annotations on the front and back of the letter.
