About this object
View of the Mt Herbert homestead (1912), Waipukurau, designed by J A Louis Hay. The exterior of this single storey house is finished in stuccoed brick. Long rafters project out from beneath the eaves of the roof. A verandah featuring an arched opening is located along the façade facing the camera. Two men can be seen sitting on the verandah. A road leads up to the house on the left. A row of trees is located along the skyline.
