This photograph depicts the fallen motif from the Tribune Building, on the corner of Karamu Road and Queen Street, Hastings, after the Hawke's Bay earthquake on the 3rd of February 1931. Behind this, the building on the right is the National Bank of New Zealand. To the left of the bank is the Hawke's Bay Farmers Meat Company Limited building.
