View of the Haynes building (1933), Hastings Street, designed by J A Louis Hay. The ground floor of the building is occupied by Haynes butchery. Meat carcasses can be seen hanging in the windows. To the left of the building is the Bestalls Building (1932). A car is parked along the street on the extreme left.
