Brief Description
Plan of improvement in town planning, objective for Napier, proposed by the 30,000 [Thirty Thousand] Club.
Shows the proposed area to be made into a park with a Rotunda , in front of the Masonic Hotel, fronting the Marine Parade, leading right to the beach front. The plan also shows Kirkaldies store, where the present T&G building is located and Dr Bernau's is on the corner of Herschell Street and Marine Parade where it is noted that the City Council Chambers will be moved.
