This photograph depicts a community shopping complex in Clive Square, Napier. Tin Town, as it was nicknamed, was built after the Hawke's Bay earthquake devastated much of central Napier on the 3rd of February 1931. Pictured is, L S McClurg Limited, Watchmakers and Jewellers and Mrs Taylor, Milliner and Ladies Outfitters.
