About this object
Mounted photograph of a group of actors in costume, taken in at the Havelock North Shakespearean Pageant. They are standing in an open field with willows and trees in the background of the image. Standing in the back row are: Mrs Gardiner, Mr Fitzherbert, Mr Gardiner. In the front row are: Maid from Woodford, Miss Ritch, Mrs Hampton, Mrs White, Unknown, Mr Mossman. Kneeling: Unknown, Weaver, Marion Warren, Alan Avery.

The pageant was organised by The Havelock Work group, and took place on 20 Nevember 1912. Proceeds were to go towards liquidating debentures on the Village Hall.
