Consisting of 6800 acres, in blocks from 300 to 1,000 acres in size.
The land lots are to be sold by Dalgety & Co Ltd with Tudor Baker & Co - auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes are situated near Petane, North and North West of the Eskdale post office and 10 miles from Napier.
The Government has acquired land and is forming a road giving access to the soldiers settlement at Kaiwaka. Hedgley's homestead is at the South end, bordering the lots for sale and Mrs D M Ross has land neighbouring C C Smith's land and Hodges Paddock. T E Crosse has land bordering C C Smith land and Pakuratahi block. Wallace's homestead is at the West side next to Far No1 Paddock.
