About this object
A photograph depicting part of the construction of the Hastings city waste water outfall.

The photograph is taken on the foreshore near Haumoana and Clive.
There is a crane or pump on the foreshore on top of a wooden structure. A man is standing at the shore end of the wooden structure near a long hose.
There are three men down on the shore near the bottom of the crane’s jib. Cape Kidnappers is visible in the background.
