About this object
A photograph depicting the construction of the Hastings city waste water outfall.

The photograph is possibly taken on the foreshore near Haumoana and Clive. The crane bucket is visible attached to the hook block. Two men are standing examining it. One man, with his back to the camera, has his head and part of his torso inside the bucket. The other man is wearing waders and standing back observing the other’s inspection.
