Brief Description
The minute book was the second for the Rissington Country Women's Institute, which was the first Institute established in New Zealand. Miss Jerome Spencer was the President. Miss Jerome Spencer's first annual report records that there were 21 members.

The minute book records the Annual General meetings and the monthly meetings for the months February 1922 - October 1926. The meetings cover the monthly events, activities and support given to the Rissington community.
