The land is to be auctioned on Friday December 20,1940. Murray, Roberts & Co Ltd with Hawke's Bay Farmers Co-Op Association Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes are situated 15 miles from Hastings in a Westerly direction, consisting of 700 to 800 acres. The land borders the Ngaruroro River, Matapiro Station - Estate of W Shrimpton and Whana Whana Road. M C Conner has other land bordering the lots for sale and Whana Whana Road and J J Conner has land at the other end, bordering Ohiti Road which is 13 miles from Hastings, also bordering the Ngaruroro River.
