Typed paper cuttings adhered to sheet of paper: Subscribed funds not under control of the Central Committee, moved by Mr J W Macdonald, seconded by E A Ransom: the Public Trustee to transfer all funds from Relief funds outside the Central Committee to the Central Committee; on the same principle as the Government controlled the war relief funds during the war, using as far as possible the powers contained in the Hawke's Bay Earthquake Act, 1931.
