Subdivision plan of the balance of Maraekakaho Estate, plan number one. To be sold by public auction on Tuesday, 18 February, 1930 at 2.30pm. Dalgety & Co Ltd, De Pelichet, McLeod & Co Ltd, Hawke's Bay Farmers Co-op Association and Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd are to be the auctioneers and land Agents. Public auction to be held at the Municipal Assembly Hall in Hastings.
Plan shows sections with lot numbers and area sizes shaded in various colours. Eight sections are bordering the Ngaruroro River. One section next to Valley Road is visible as is Mrs Fountaine's property next to the Tikokino - Hastings Road and bordering two sections of land available for sale. Locality map to the left hand side of the plan showing the sections for sale in relation to Hastings. The land lots range in sizes from 33 acres to 757 acres.
