The land is to be auctioned at the Assembly Hall, Hastings on Wednesday January 29, 1930. Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd - auctioneers.
There are 8 lots bordering the public road leading to Ōmāhu Road and the public road leading to Pakowhai Road. F A Kerr, J Bridgman have adjoining land bordering the land lots at the Western side. J B Thompson, J O'Neil have adjoining land at the Southern side and D C Yule has land at the Northern part. H A Wall is a land owner bordering the lots for sale to the North West. A locality map shows the general area to be between the Ngaruroro River and Ōmāhu Road.
