The land lots and area sizes are situated 2 miles from Hastings railway station and 1 mile from Stortford Lodge Saleyards. W G Stead has land bordering lots 1 to 7. A Tomlinson, A Sinclair, A E Hill and J Bridgman have adjacent land on the other side of the lots for sale between the Ōmāhu to Hastings road and the road to Pakowhai.
