The land lots with area sizes - block 1, situated 7 miles from Hastings and 1 mile from Pakipaki railway station and the other block, including Mrs K C White's residence consist of 12 subdivisions, situated 9 1/2 miles from Hastings and 1 mile from the Poukawa railway station.
