About this object
This photograph depicts the Public Trust Office building on Tennyson Street in Napier after the Hawke's Bay earthquake on the 3rd of February 1931. Built in 1921, the building survived the quake with little damage.
The building to the right of the Public Trust Office is thought to be Canning & Loudoun, Motor Engineers and Car-dealers.
