The land lots and area sizes front Kenilworth Street and the Great North Road. The Commercial Hotel and 3 shops are on lot 4, situated on the corner of Kenilworth Street and the Great North Road. Hallensteins brothers & Leigh & Eagle have a property adjoining and fronting the Great North Road, as does the Waipawa Trading Co. Elford's stables are on lot 3.
