Brief Description
Lists, handwritten notes and memoranda related to the storage of records of the Napier and Hawke's Bay County Committees. The number 54 is stamped on the cover. The forms are bound in the top left corner. The documents are in reverse chronological order, from 24 November 1931, to the earliest 23 October 1931. It is noted in a memorandum, dated 28 October 1931 that the records of the Napier and Hawke's Bay County Committees be placed in the custody of the Public Trust Office, in cases in the basement, and the accounting records also be kept there, but made accessible in case they are required. It was recommended that the files be destroyed after five years.
