The property of the executors of the late A F Douglas, to be sold in two portions.
The land of 9 subdivision, being block 1 and 5 subdivisions, being block 2 are situated 7 miles from Hastings and 1 mile to Pakipaki railway station and school. The other block is 2 miles further on, around Middle Road, Mutiny Road and the road to Poukawa railway station. The estate of W J Douglas borders the blocks at the Western side. The land consists of limestone hill country and 1,000 acres of heavy rich flats.
Arrangements for inspection can be made with T S Roulston, Hastings. A locality plan is included showing the area to be North East of Te Aute and South East of Pakipaki.
