The land is to be sold at public auction on Monday December 22, 1924.
Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes are situated around Battery Road, Burns Terrace and Burns Road, with other lots around Georges Drive, Ellison Street, Creagh Street and Chambers Street. C Brown owns land fronting Burns Road and George Street, which in turn adjoins J V Brown. J McFarlane has land on Section 94, fronting Burns Terrace. A Schedule of land is included noting th leases will be for 21 years with a covenant to grant renewals - by Jno P Kenny, Secretary and Treasurer.
