Brief Description
The letter was written by Edmond (Edmondson) Webb to his sister Edith from Cottenham Rectory in Cambridge, England and dated 25 June 1903.
In the letter Edmondson writes to his sister about his love, Lily, whom he has: spoken to you of the younger Miss Greig, but not as much as would have been perhaps, since she has agreed to become my wife & so your sister.
He follows with: Of course she knows what you have been to me, what a loving helpful sister you have shewn (sic) yourself & I am sure you will both be glad some day to see & know one another.
He mentions that he is beginning to read International Law and Modern European history and asks Edith to: tell mother of this as I have not found room for it in her letter.
