About this object
This photograph, taken by G Drummond, depicts Napier Girls' High School after the Hawke's Bay earthquake on the 3rd of February 1931. The earthquake struck while the new school was under construction. Pictured in the photograph is the north east corner of the new building, which was near the old clubroom.
