About this object
A view of Port Ahuriri taken from Hospital Terrace, Hospital Hill circa 1920.

Coronation Hall is visible in the middle right of the frame on the edge of the North Pond.

The North British Freezing Works is visible on the end of the Western Spit with emissions coming out of the chimney, it was closed four years later in 1924.

There two large ships out on the bay.
