The land lots and area sizes are situated fronting Hastings Street and Marine Parade. The buildings are said to be made of Kauri. The shop occupied by Sparworth's is on the corner of Hastings Street and the right of way and T F Faulknor, Motor Trimming factory adjoins on Hastings Street, with the Faulknor's Coach building factory next to that.
