The land is to be sold at public auction on Wed 26 November, 1924. Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes are situated 3 miles from the Tomoana Freezing Works, fronting the Hawke's Bay Rivers Board land and the Ngaruroro River. H A Wall, W G Stead have adjoining land bordering the lots for sale to the North. J Bridgman, J B Thompson, J O'Neil have adjoining land at the South end of the lots for sale. The Karamu homestead block is at the Western side.
