The land lots and area sizes at Clive Grange are situated 10 miles from Napier and Hastings and 4 miles from Clive township. The residence is presently occupied by J Hague. The Orwell Estate land lies around the Clive - 1mile, to Mangateretere and the road to Clive Grange - 1 1/2 miles away. A locality map shows the area to be between Clive and the Tukituki River.
