The land is to be auctioned by the Farmers Co-Op Auctioneering Co Ltd, Hamilton with Robert Alcorn, Putararu and Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd on Friday January 14, 1921.
The land lots and area sizes are situated around the Cambridge to Taupo road, Maraetai road and the Great South Road, just outside of Tokoroa.
S Wall borders lot 1 and E M Voice has land bordering the Great South Road. Newsprinted photograph included showing the Tokoroa Co-Operative cheese factory.
