The land lots and area sizes are situated in the Waimata Valley 20 miles from the port of Gisborne, around the Waimata River and Makahakaha Stream. E Newman borders land for sale at the South West corner, adjoining J Tombleson's property. Charles Seymour has land bordering the lots at the South East corner, adjoining E Williams who borders No 1 paddock. E Murphy owns land at the East side, bordering the Mangapapa and Rangikohua paddocks and C Gray borders the Rangikohua paddock as well. A Thomas' land borders the Trig paddock and adjoins C Gray.
