About this object
A photograph of ships and boats anchored at the Iron Pot on Nelson Quay at Port Ahuriri. The photograph is taken looking out toward the Ferry and Landing Reserve on the Western Spit. Buildings are visible on the Western Spit and the Ruahine Ranges are seen in the distance. At the extreme left of the image a wooden hulled steam trawler is seen docked at the wharf.
