About this object
View of the Hannah's Buildings (built 1915) taken from the intersection of Browning Street and Hastings Street around 1917. Signs advertising a dentist and surgeon can be seen in the 1st floor windows of the building facing Hastings Street. To the left of the Hannah’s Buildings stands the Abbott Building. Along Browning Street can be seen the premises of L Azzopardi (optician) and the County Council Buildings. On the opposite side of the intersection between Browning Street and Herschell Street stands the Athenaeum.
