The land lots are to be sold by auction at the Club Hotel commercial rooms, Dannevirke on Thursday December 13, 1917. Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd with Williams & Kettle - auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes are situated 3 1/2 miles from the Oringi railway station and 9 miles from Dannevirke. Three lots from 160 acres to 1,145 acres are for sale. Lot 3 being 5 1/2 miles from the Oringi railway station. The general area is South of Matahiwi, bordering the Manawatu River and the Raparapawai Stream.
