The land lots and area sizes are situated around the road to Amberley, being 1 mile distant and Balcairn - 1 1/2 miles. A R Turnbull has land bordering blocks on two sides, adjoining W Kelcher's land. J H Watson borders lots 4,5 and 1, at the East side. The homestead is located on block 1 where a reservoir is located.
