The land lots are to be sold by auction at Waipukurau on Tuesday December 16, 1919. Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd with Williams & Kettle Ltd are to be the auctioneers.

The land lots and area sizes are situated 13 miles from Waipukurau, 7 miles from the Hatuma railway station and 6 miles from the Ormondville railway station, around the Purimu Stream, Waikopiro Stream and intersected by the road to Hatuma from Ormondville.

D Mathews borders block 2 - MacDonalds block, W Fleming adjoins and borders block 2.
Guthrie brothers' land border block 2 and block 1 - Homestead block and fronts the road to Hatuma.
P F Wall borders land blocks at the North end and adjoins Guthrie brothers' land. J A Sim has land bordering block 4 - Front Block and the Wanstead road and H Howard adjoins, next to the Whatatuna Stream. W Clegg adjoins H Howard and borders block 5 - Middle Block. J Healey and P F Wall are adjoining land owners and border block 6 - Cocks Foot Hills Block and block 9 - Ashfords Block. R Meredith has land at the North, bordering block 7 - Old Burn Block. Hamilton brothers' land borders Big Face Block and Triangle Block.

The general area is East of Ormondville and South East of Takapau.
