The land lots and area sizes are situated 35 miles from Napier and 30 miles from Hastings, consisting of limestone formation and rolling pastoral country. The area is around the Tutaekuri River, Otakarara Stream and the Kurapapango to Napier road. Four land blocks are noted ranging in sizes from 1,875 acres to 5,390 acres. The homestead is located 2 miles from Glenross.
