The land lots are to be sold by auction Wednesday November 26, 1919. Hoadley, son & Stewart Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes are situated 3 miles from the Takapau railway station, bordering the Mangatewai Stream and Makaretu River and is intersected by the road to Takapau. Mr Coulter and Mr Elliot have bordering land at one end, near the Mangatewai Stream and G White has land bordering the blocks at one side, with Mrs Scott's land at the other side. F A Thompson has land bordering the lots on a corner block, fronting the Makaretu River.
Mr C Gibb will be in attendance at the Takapau Hotel after November 17, to convey intending purchasers over the estate.
