The land lots are to be sold by auction Wednesday October 29, 1919. Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes are situated 12 miles from Hastings, 10 miles from Pakipaki freezing works and 12 miles from the Whakatu freezing works. There is a 12 roomed house on block 1. The land lots border the Tukituki River and consist of 4 blocks from 237 acres to 470 acres in size.
G Rochfort has land bordering block 1 and the Tukituki River. J B Campbell has other land bordering block 4 and Messr's Campbell brothers have land at the South West side. A locality plan is included showing the area to be near the Waimarama bridge.
