The land lots are to be sold at auction on Saturday March 29, 1919. Hoadley, son & Stewart - auctioneers have received instructions from the executors of the late Hon J D Ormond to sell the land.
The land lots and area sizes are situated 2 miles from Hastings, around the Raupare settlement and Mahora settlement area. The road to Fernhill from Hastings is noted. Hugh Campbell has land bordering the lots for sale and Iron Gate Road.
